I took out my cell c prepaid account a month back I bought airtime and the consultant showed me how to convert it to data bundles. On Monday I bought airtime from pick and pay when I tried to convert it to data I could not so I called Cell C Customer services who advised that I bought the all in one package. Now I had no idea that you get different types of packages. I explained to the consultant that I was not aware of different types of airtime and that I wanted normal airtime not the all in one package because that is what I asked for. He explained that there is nothing that he can do as I bought the all in one package and the pick and pay staff should have explained. I went to pick and pay and they said they can only see cell c airtime nothing about all in one package so its not the tellers fault she thinks she is selling normal airtime. Pick and pay say they cant do anything because its loaded already on my card.
I personally don't understand why cellc cannot convert the package. The consultant advised me this is a constant complain that comes through on a daily basis. Please can I get a response from this complaint asap as I did e-mail cell c who did not response for 3 day
