Disgusting service from a cell c

I have been a cell c client for the past good couple years and have never had problems with their bis service until today!

My bis service had expired in the early hours of 5 may 2013 when I recharged the recurring service for R57 it seemed to not work I had then reboted my phone several times, to find no change. I called 140 and spoke to an agent butimelo. he said it seems to be a network error I should give it time and will resolve itself as technicians are working on the problem so I had decided to wait a bit.

Then I noticed after about an hour still no change. I phoned 140 again and this time spoke to a very rude opinionated male agent by the name of lerato. who was of absolute no help, he spoke over me had no regard of what I was saying. he continuously spoke when I spoke, screaming over my voice and repeatedly said he will simply hang up my call so I asked him how is that going to be helping me and how does that reflect on him and the company? He had very insulting remarks toward me when he stated its not his fault the wrong service had been selected and I'm dumb to select a service, even if was wrongly selected he can't do nothing for my actions and I must deal with it. I
