I called cell C on thursday after i recharged with a R50 airtime. I wanted to convert my airtime inot BIS. I have never used any other network but vodacom but decided to give Cell C a go. WORST MISTAKE EVER!! I googled cell c and bis then got various option which made me very happy. I chose the R39 option and wanted to see how it went. I rebooted my phone but no BIS. I called the centre and the consultant told me the exact same i told her and told me to give it one more try to my better judgement i decided to give it another go still no luck I end up calling the call centre again. spoke to another consultant and she asked me what type of BB do I have I said 8520 she then told me it's only for z10 and i will lose my R39 and i cant download BIS until the 30 days expired. Imagine my suprise. we have the best cellphones in the world but cellc cant reserve airtime or delete BIS no way. I then asked to speak to a team leader who im my opinion should NOT be dealing with customers HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME IF THEY WERE TO REVERSE IT>ITS TOO MUCH EFFORT .I HAVE NEVER BEEN MPRE FURIOUS IN MYENTIRE LIFE HIS NAME IS team leaderNHTLANHLA MASHYE. I THEN SPOKE TO THE MANAGER ELLEN MOLETSANE WORST MI
