Email problems with internet from Cell-C

After numerous attempts trying to send emails with attachments we have been unable to do so.

Sending attachments through Office365 while being connected through; Telkom ADSL, Vodacom or MTN 3G does not deliver the same results at the same location.

CELL-C has so far been unable to assist us in our endeavor. Numerous support calls has led to no response from CELL-C, this has been an ongoing struggle for the past few months.

The client has been forced to look for alternative solutions and another internet provider. This should have been the obligation of CELL-C to fulfill the agreement between them and their client.

As CELL-C has not provided the necessary service for the client's needs, why can the client not be refunded if CELL-C is unable to provide a solution?
