I received a call from Dimakatso Mothodi on the 22/10/2013 regarding an upgrade on my current phone. I went through a few options with her but could only manage to migrate to a 100 option as I was busy at work. She reassured me I could confirm the upgrade at a later date. She promised to call back. A few days later I received a call from another consultant and I chatted with her about a few options. I agreed on an option and asked again ran into some work issues. She promised to call again. I have called back to finish the upgrade but keep getting told it cant be done because I migrated to the 100 option. Today I went into Cell C Paviliion where the sales consultants tried to assist me by calling Cell C Direct without success. Another consultant by the name of Sulaiman cut the call when I tried to explain my case to him. I have this account since 2000- 13 years later this lack of service says to me that I am not a valued client. Shall I simply change providers seeing as I cannot get what I need from you? Shall I tell all my friends and family and business associates not to deal with you either?
