Cell C taking airtime not fixing my problem

Hi I'm so disapointed in Cell c and I wil post it on every complaint webside I can find bacause this is realy unacceptable I've phoned the cell c line 084140 they told me to phone the tecnical department of cell c 0841555555 and I phoned it more than 7 times with the same exuse everytime my internet is not working for 2 days now but u deducted my airtime for bis that's what I call they said even I must change my network manualy to vodacom now I have edge not 3G enymore and internet that's so slow I can't use it I had enough of cell c this is it they take your money and give nothing back
