I dont even now where to start as i am so fed up with cell c, i cant wait for the contracts to end.
Firsty i signed a contract for 2 prepaid cellphone contract for R100 a month the last couple of months they have been deducting R157 each month stating that the BIS goes off from my account now and not from the airtime anymore. I was also told that you choose on your phone if you want the BIS to go off your account or off your airtime which is bull as each month you load the BIS and we do not get an option to load BIS from the airtime. Which is not fair as i only signed that you may deduct R100 for each contract and this does not include BIS as that you will need to load yourself. Secondly i wanted to change my Debit order date at the branch as i only get paid on the 1st and for some apparent reason i got told that i cannot change my debit order date so now each months thanks to cell c i need to pay the bank an extra 115 per contract as the debit orders do not go through on the last day of the month.

Thank you cell c for costing me more money each month.
