Cybersmart poor ISP and examples

Every day since i joined Cybercrap i have been experiencing slow speeds lower than what i pay, for example:
I have a 2Mb line but when i update my games i get a speed of 0.5Kb/s.
All games i play have huge lag and cant be played like: LoL, HoN, FarCry3. although my ping is as expected (ping:200).
My Youtube is pathetic. Buffers every 15sec.
BUT when i download torrents i get a nice speed of 70Mb/s (which is still poor btw).

This is not just in peak times, its all the time.
I called them a lot of times but nothing happens.
This is not the fastest ISP in the world... Many people is complaining about them.

Please Cybersmart, fix this issues.
I like the support i have been getting, people helping me after hours but nothing gets resolved, its just all talk and no results.

I have a R2000 router (Netgear DGND3700v2) so i know its not me and my line has been tested and is good.
I have played all my games on a 512k line with very low lag and we where 2 PC's connected so i know what speeds i should get.

Just fix this issues i don't want to change to another ISP but you are giving to to many reasons not to stay.
