Hi

As you are aware, my 2 meg line has been running far less than a 384 kb/s since last year as per my emails sent to your support technicians. Last night I tried calling your call center again and the pre-recorded message stated that you have technical problems and the fault is at Telkom. As usual I did not speak to any of your technicians due to me holding on for too long.
Today I again checked the speed of the line and the result was 0.18 kb/s. I am sure you are going to tell me that the problem is with Telkom as you "Cybersmart" have told me on various occassions.
I have just registered a free 1 meg trial with MWEB for seven days and immidiatley I get download speeds of 0.840 kb/s. I am not an IT expert but surely enough this should mean something to you?
To all the other Cybersmart users that is experiencing these slow speeds, check out the 7 day trial at MWEB and please share your download results.
