Cybersmart is the worst service provider-Stay Away

Cybersmart is by far the worst service provider out there. Their speed as well as the service is beyond imaginable. I have 2 accounts with them, one of which is a 2 mg line and the other is a 1 mg line, each of which are located in different provinces. The 1 meg line, which should give me a speed of approx. 0, 30kb/s only gives me about 0, 05kb/s which is even slower than dialup. This has been happening from day 1 which is about 4 months ago. Each time I call them they ask the same question, which is "please send us the logs", which I kept doing and after the 10th call, they keep telling saying it is being escalated. I heard that story about 27 times now over a period of 3 months. I don't get a response of any sort but they keep billing me for that ridiculous speed. It is unacceptable.
My 2 meg line I am receiving speeds which are about 1/10th of what I should be getting on the line. This too has been 'escalated' many times to no avail. At first I though maybe this is just me, but my brother in law as well as 4 of my colleagues have been experiencing the same issue. We are all moving to mweb. If is has not yet happened to you, brace yourself it will soon. Please stay away it's bad!!
