Very dissapointed - Slow speed

I have been a loyal customer of Cybersmart for many years now but what is happening there for the last year or so is just ridiculous. I am paying for a 4mb/s - 10mb/s adsl line and I never even get close to that speed, I don't usually achieve more than .2 mb/s, most of the time it is not even that much.

The sad thing is that I have even managed to make contact with the CEO of cybersmart, Laurie, sometime in December 2012 and he advised me to stick with Cybersmart because they are doing serious upgrades and it should solve the slow speed issues. To be hones for a week or so the speed was actually semi decent and then it was back to the Snail speed.

I have in the past advised many people to use cybersmart but I will never say one more good word about them again. In fact there are friends and family that still ask me for help and advise regarding Adsl and I will advise them to go a different route than Cybersmart.

The good news is I have done some research and have found that I can get similar deals, some even with more GB per month for the same price. I guess it is time for me to say goodbye to Cybersmart after many years with them.
