Terrible service and internet speed is horrendous

I just recently moved to cybersmart about 2 days as my contract with my previous ISP expired. However from the first day of using it the download speeds were HORRENDOUSLY slow. I called the call centre at around 4pm and told them the issue, they said I manager would phone me back.by 6pm I still had not received a call back so I called again and again was told the manager would call me back. Well they never called me back AGAIN! So I phoned a 3rd time and they said maybe its because I am on the home option and not the business option which is a lot more expensive. On my previous ISP I was getting download speeds 7 times faster than I am with cybersmart and that was at a line speed of 2mb, with cybersmart I have a line speed of 4mb and the download speed is 7x slower than a 2mb which is pathetic. They said they would put me on a business account for a few days to try out and see if there is a difference, there is NO difference in my download speeds, in fact they are even worse than before. I am so unhappy!!
