ADSL line still slow

Hi

I am refering to my post on the 17th January 2013, "Line speed and call center responsiveness".

Due to me only having a limited number of characters to type this message, I will keep it short.

Spoke to Cybersmart personnel several times about the slow speeds. Done several speed tests and the problem is apparently with Telkom. Telkom was at my place on Monday and said the line is ok. When I got home download speeds were running at 230 KB on my 2 meg line. Phoned cybersmart. Had to wait for ever to speak to consultant. They logged a complaint with Telkom again. No response so far. So far this is costing my business a lot of money and I would like to know if you are going to reimburse all my efforts and frustrations.
This is totally unaceptable as I am being invoiced for a 2 meg line and I get less than 230kb/per second.
I have just checked the speed before sending this post and the download result is 9.3 kb/s.
Tonight I had to use a Vodacom prepaid USB device in order to connect to the internet in order for me to speak to colleagues abroad. This is very frustrating and I cannot afford the additional cost.
PLEASE, I need you to sought out this problem.
