Why not to use cybersmart

For the past few weeks I have been experiencing really slow speeds on my 4MB ADSL line that I can not download anything as the fastest connection is no faster than a 56k modem. I have phoned the help desk numerous times and spent almost an hour just trying to get through. No one follows up on anything, in fact I had a technician called Zach who said "I will call you back in 30min", well I am still waiting! I have been with Cybersmart for many years and I can honestly say that Telkom Internet has better sevice ethics than you lot and they are really "RUBBISH, " I have unfortunately put a lot of clients on to you, which I will take away with me when I leave. I will do my best to inform as many people I deal with about your service. No wonder you are just three spots above Telkom on the ISP stats. You have grown too BIG to care about the little people, yet it was the little people who put you where you are now... PS You need to remove "FASTEST ADSL IN SA" from your site it's false advertising... Mike Parish
