I installed a new 4meg adsl line and since day one have not had any proper adsl service from cybersmart. my games does not even want to run properly - and they told me that gaming is prioritized. Do a torrent download and it runs fine - even speed tests run as expected. but response on the line is non existent. I tried a mweb 7 day trail on saturday and no problem so the fault is not on my side or with telkom.

i sent a email on Monday complaining about this to info@cybersmart and also to service@cybersmart. On Tuesday i forwarded the same mail to complaints@cybersmart. Today is Wednesday 17:50 and i have not even received an acknowledgement of my email from them.

If this is the level of service you get from cybersmart then I would not recommend them to anyone. On their site it states boldly that they are the fastest isp in South Africa, I think not!!!

Stay away from cybersmart and rather go to Mweb. they are only R5 more expensive but they give you the adsl line that you are paying for!
