Afetr not receiving my accounts, my phones were disconnected for non payment, which I attended to immediately, mailed proof op payment and followed up. oooooh, we have not receievd it! Please fax! I Faxed, ooooooh, we have not got it!

Call number three took me to an Angel with teh name of Vuyisile who was teh first one taht looked for teh payment based on more inteligent questions. Voila, sir, our system is experiencing a delay, I belive you, will reconnect and follow up if ther is a problem!
