Cell C has stopped all communication with me. YOU made a mistake on YOUR website, I entered into a contract with you based on the INCORRECT information you made available and now you don't want to take responsibility for your mistake and correct it!

I'm pretty sure you will also be taking my money tomorrow even though I've not been able to use your service at all!

I've emailed customer care, I've emailed the Ilanga Mall store, I've phoned tech help desk but nobody is coming back to me (still waiting for the call back Kishan promised me on Monday or from Ayanda who also got involved).

I have electronic AND printed proof of your mistake so no use in trying to BS your way out of this one. If you delivered a good service I would have been a lot more amicable with regards to my problem, but since you keep me in the dark the gloves are off.

I will give you untill 15:00 on Friday 15 Feb 2013 to resolve my problem (you've already had time since 8 Feb to solve it).

I have sought legal advice and I am busy preparing my complaint which will be submitted to the National Consumer Council should you fail to meet the deadline.
