Cell C
Spam SMS not resolved

It finally got to the point where I had enough.
I conntacted Cell C on various occasions about their SPAM sms texts I don't want.
One time I was told to call other people to deal with it as not the call centres problem.
Other time I was told the matter was handled.
In the mean time I still received the spam but tried to ignore it., cause it ended up being a lost cause. I migrated from vodacom to Cell C as thought service was better but thinking about changing back again due to last nights final straw.

I worked a 18 hour only to get home late in the evening to be woken up at 05:00 in the morning with a stupid SPAM sms again to but something I DONT NEED.

You should seriously confront a cumstomer in the future and warn them that you will disturb them in the worst possible hours of the day.

I hope this emails catches someones attention that is able to do their work properly and just take my number of the stupid mailing list for once and for all.
