Dubble payment not returned

I was informed by Cell C that my debit order for June 2013 didn't go through and was requested (per sms) to pay R864.04 into their account (0744428838) with Ref no.: 80230EE7E8-1. This was done on 2013.07.01 and the proof of payment was faxed to them. At the end of July 2013 they debited my account for the bill of June and July. I informed them of this mistake and that I have already made the payment for June as was requested per sms. I had to fax them the proof of payment without avail. I then phoned their customer service again and was requested to fax the proof of payment. Nothing came of it. I then went to the Cell C branch in Bela Bela and explained my problem. They phoned the financing department of Cell C who requested them to fax the proof of payment to them. They did that, after a month of no reply I phoned their customer service again and e-mailed my proof of payment again. I registered a complaint on Hello Peter on 2 Oct 2013 and was contacted by Cell C about 2 weeks later. I was requested to supply my proof of payment, which was e-mailed to them. I haven't heard of them again and my account is still not settled.
