Hi i made an payment into my vodacom account on the 01/09/2013, i did use the wrong reffrence number which was my fault, however i have been sending vodacom proof of payment for the last two weeks and they are unable to locate the payment, today i wanted to do an upgrade but was refused cause of that payment. Agian today i sent the proof of payment to vodacom. Still awaiting feedback.
