No response from Accounts department

I paid my mom's DSTV account on the 28th of June and her service got disconnected on Saturday morning. She called the contact centre where they told her the amount outstanding was R11 and she must pay that before they can reconnect, which I then did immediately.By Sunday morning her service was still disconnected, but this time the contact centre agent told her there was no payment at all on their system. So I sent them proof of payment on Monday afternoon and got an automatic response promising that I shoud get feedback in 24 hours, nothing to date. Meanwhile, the service is still disconnected. Calling the contact centre is a nightmare, as you are put on hold for more than 20 minutes, only to be told that I needed my mom's ID number in order for them to assist me. Can you please assist urgently, this has become a nightmare!!
