Hi,
I called the Vodacom call centre yesterday to ask for my Itemised Billing email that I usually get around 9th of every month. The agent started rambling on about writing a letter with an ID number etc. Why should I be asked to do all of that if I am paying for my itemised billing report on a monthly basis and Vodacom simply does not supply it on time. I explicitly told the agent that I am not prepared to do anything of the sort, as I normally get my itemised billing every month. Eventually, the agent gets on the phone again to say "the accounts department did send it out but it was delayed" - So now I have no clue what is going on with my Itemised billing report. Is there anyone at Vodacom competent enough to give me a straight answer as to what the issue is. It's a simple case of sending an email to me - how difficult is that? Where is my itemised billing? When someone calls me, let it be someone who actually knows what they are talking about and who can solve my issue. I was told by the agent that I would have to wait until 15th to check if I receive the email - what nonsense. I am fedup with incompetence.
