I 1st took a deal with mweb and the contract is for 6 months and you get 2 months free. this was at the end of december 2012. had some issues with people that cant do their job and finally on the 9th of jan my order was processed. could not get internet access because other people also dont know how to do their job. i finally get internet access on the 11 of february at 8pm. this is almost 1 and a half months later. they then tell me that i will get billed at the end of march for the april access which means i have to pay in advance for internet access. fair enough, but this means that instead of me getting 2 months free acces i will now get 1 and a half months free since i got access from the 11 february at 8pm which whouldnt really count. for all my hassle, waiting for 1 and half months and all the time making calls the least they could do was give me my full 2 months free. they cant keep to their word so anyone reading this beware and find someone else more efficient. unfortunately i am learning the hard way.
