BAD BAD BAD BAD DISGUSTING SERVICE RFECEIVED!!!

On 1 Feb I signed up for a new contract for my current dongle with this pathetic institution and to date my service has not been activated. Spent another 40 minutes on the phone AGAIN today only to listen an irritating voice message, but take the option for new sales and the phone gets answered immediately and guess what... they are unable to transfer my call to the correct department yet earlier today when my daughter called she was transferred immediately because she was a new customer. DISGUSTING!!! I will be cancelling this contract before it begins because of their lack of interest in responding to calls, faxes, emails and text messages. This type of service is a joke!!! Everything on my contract has been approved yet 6 days later I am still waiting for a connection. Who is going to pay for all the airtime I have wasted on this pathetic excuse of a service provider!!! CellC you must remember that making sales is not all this is about, you actually need to provide a reasonable service as well and in this case you were greedy enough to do my contract telephonically yet now that you have all my details you can not provide me with a service!!!
