CellC incorrectly loaded contract

I took out a month to month own phone contract with CellC Direct. After a couple of weeks, I decided to cancel the contract as Cell C coverage was so poor.
I contacted (repeatedly) cancellations, finally I got an email back from CellC stating that my contract is for 24 months! And that I will have to pay a penalty! Why would I take out a 24 month contract using my Own cell phone???
I then contacted their customer service via e-mail as the call centre is incompetent and requested the voice file of my telephone contract where I clearly stated that it was a month to month own phone contract.
To date, CellC cancellations ignores me, customer service ignores me and I can get no-one at that horrible company to fix THEIR mistake I am paying for.

I DEMAND that CellC fixes the contract mistake immediately and cancels my contract immediately without any further billing against me!!!
