Awful service provide

Firstly when one phones CellC you hold on, on average for 20minutes before your call is answered. I ordered a modem which I was told would be delivered within 7 working days and that I would receive a conformation sms that it would be delivered. It is now 8 days later and still no sms nor delivery, I have sent sms's and emails and no responce. Then I went to a cellc outlet where I was told that my I'd number did not match my details on my current contract even though I have changed it with head office at least 6 times. I can't wait for my current contract to end so that I can go to a different service provider. Cellc service is pathetic.
