LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FEEDBACK

I have been waiting for Cell C to sort out my insurance claim on a phone since May/June last year (2012). I have made hundreds of calls to the call centre only to be transferred to a line which is never answered or having my call dropped. After a few months, I received an email from an employee in the insurance department requesting more details regarding the incident and since then no one has had the courtesy of responding to any of my emails. I have emailed the customer service as well as 'Tell Trevor' and still no response. My attorney has sent through letters to them as well and they have not even had the decency to respind to him. And through all this, they have still had the nerve to still be deducting the monthly payments as well as the insurance on that contract each month. Today i called the head office, first the receptionist transferred me once again to the useless call centre and alas... after 10 minutes i was still on hold for this supposed claims department (which i am beginning to think does not exist), upon the second call, she blatantly cut me off while i was in med speech! i am so disgusted and infuriated by this pathetic service or lack thereof!!!
