The worst service I have ever received in my life!

I applied for a cellphone contract with CELL C and requested that I use my prepaid cellhone number for the contract as all my accounts are linked to this number. I was promised by the sales consultant that as soon as the contract was approved he would call me and make sure that my prepaid number is used for my new contract. I received the phone and contacted the sales department to have my cellphone number changed. This was on the 30/12/2013. I was transfered from the sales to the customer care to the follw-up to the porting and department with no assistance, some times I was told that they are transfering my call to another department only to get a message that I must rate there service and than the call cuts. I had to call back and explain my situation to another 4 to 5 consultants. I have spoken to about 20 consultants. All who apologise profusely but are not willing to help. All with the same explanation of how they will get the relevant department to call me within 24 - 48 hours but until today they never have. I was told that the query would take 2 days to be resolved and today, 16 days later, they still have not changed my number. I can't believe the pathetic service I got.
