I enquired about the new "throttled" packages being offered by MWEB (specfifically the 2mb and 4mb products which are offered much cheaper than the existing packages. However, none of the sales personnel or technicians could give me clear information on the data limits where throttling would become effective. Given my average data usage, they could not say whether I would be subject to the line throttling or not.

My initial application was made on January 29, since that date no reply or feedback has been forthcoming to clarify any of the information, and standard terms and conditions available online make matter no clearer than the convoluted information available from sales staff or technicians.

Since when does the customer get forced to just blindly follow without being told what the "new" products entail and what the pros and cons are.
