Bad service!!!

On the 27th of March I applied for a new contract. It was approved and I was told that it would take 3-7 days for the phone to be delivered to me. On Tuesday, 2nd April I made a follow up call and was told that my contract was a "higher purchase... something of that nature", it was only approved on the 2nd and not on the 27th, but I was told the sales agent who had sold the phone, would give me a call and explain this thoroughly to me (nobody called me) but I was assured that my cellphone would still reach me within the 7 days. 7 days has passed, although 7 working working days has not, we are now on the 5th working day. I made a follow up call again today, I was told that approval was only done yesterday and I will get my phone within 7 working days from today.
I believe this is pathetic service, nobody has communicated anything to me or the state of my contract application, instead, I have been making the calls, waiting for 30 minutes to speak to agents.

Can someone tell me when this contract will/was actually approved and when I will receive my phone!!! This is frustrating, Cell C should do something about their service delivery!!!
