I cannot believe that Altech Autopage is even still functioning as a business. With the after sales service / customer service that I have "received" from them both via their call centre and there branches in Cresta and Clearwater Mall, I implore all potential customers to run to the next available cell phone service provider. Don't be fooled. Their sales team was what you'd expect of them. However, once you've signed up to the contract, they don't ever bother to help you. They don't even come close to providing a customer service that can actually be called "SERVICE". My most recent experience was as follows: I went into the Cresta branch - asked a simple question: "Can I get VitalityMobile through Autopage once my contract expires next month? ". The consultant said "Yes, please have a seat." Good start. Then he pulled up my contract and spent the next few minutes explaining that my current contract would have to be changed in any case as my contract type was not available. So I said: "That's fine. How do I switch to VitalityMobile? ". He's answer: "You can't get that through us." That's about 10 minutes of my life I'll never get back. PATHETIC!!! And this is a simple example...
