I have been a loyal MTN customer for quite some time. I upgraded (Anytime 200 Topup) on Saturday, 02/02/13 from 1 Blackberry to another with just over R 1, 100 airtime accumulated thusfar. I asked whether I would forfeit the airtime & she replied that I wouldn't as I am only extending my current contract & getting a new phone. On Sunday I went to MTN Canal Walk as my BIS was off. They advised me that everything was fine & that I needed to upgrade my software at the BB Buddies. I sat there in a queue for almost 1.5 hours just to be told that my software is fine! I went to the other MTN store in Canal walk & was advised that my BIS was indeed off!!! Eventually on Monday my BIS was on, but they put me on a open line contract & forfeited all my airtime. I went back to Cape Gate to sign the migration form (with a promise of all my airtime back by 20/02/13) to put me back on Topup. Now suddenly, my BIS is off!?!? I phoned customer sevices to confirm this and must wait another 2 - 24 hours to have this fixed!!!

What is wrong with you people? This is the 2nd time I'm dealing with incompetence. I previously had to fight for 6 months to have my acc sorted out.
