I bought a wi-fi router in December 2012. Spent more than 5 hours with MTN on the phone to get it activated without success. Now that I refuse to continue with the contract any further, NO ONE in MTN has the authority to terminate the agreement without charging me early termination fees. Can this be true. Can MTN charge me a termination fee, if they did not provide any service at all. Is there someone in MTN with the authority to terminate this agreement that can help me.
