Problem not solved been over 2wks loosing airtime

IT HAS NOW BEEN 15DAYS OF LOOSING AIRTIME. I HAVE SERIOUSLY HAD ENOUGH OF GOING INTO THE STORE AND BEING TOLD THEY WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE SUPPORT DESK.
I HAVE DEALT WITH BOTH WARREN AND CARLA WHO ARE FINE BUT SOMEHOW MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED.
VODACOM SAID THEY WOULD FIX MY PROBLEM BUT CANT BECAUSE OF THE NASHUA MOBILE BLOCK. THEY FIXED THE SAME PROBLEM ON MY SISTERS PHONE IN 24HOURS.
VODACOM SAID THEY MUST PUT A GPRS AND VLIVE INHIBITOR ON MY PHONE BUT THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE SO I AM CONSTANTLY LOOSING AIRTIME. THERE IS NO WASP SERVICE ON MY PHONE SO THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING.
I HAVE THE BLACKBERRY CURVE 8520 AND HAVE ACTIVE BIS BUT ON MY ITEMIZED BILLING IT SAYS MY AIRTIME IS GOING ON GPRS WHICH SHOULDNT HAPPEN.
I EVEN LOOSE AIRTIME OVER NIGHT WHILE IM ASLEEP. VODACOM DID A SOFTWARE UPDATE AS THEY THOUGHT IT MAY BE CORRUPT SOFTWARE SO ALL I HAVE ON MY PHONE IS BBM, FB APP AND WHATSAPP.
I HOPE MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
