DISHONEST VODACOM!!!

I currently have a Talk 500 package with VODACOM and I spent an average of R 1250.00 per month with VODACOM. On 9 December 2012 me and my wife visited the VODACOM Shop in Clearwater Mall in Roodepoort to enquire about an upgrade. The Service Consultant that assisted us stated to both of us that I may do a premature upgrade on my account without any additional costs and that the only fees payable would be the administration fee of R 150.00 which I paid over the counter. We received our new phone. Besides this we also requested the consultant to cancel a data bundle on the account. The Consultant informed us that the data bundle will still be payable in December but from January the data bundle will be cancelled. At the end of January I received a shocking R 1858.79 deduction directly from my bank account. I found that the Data bundle was not canceled as requested and the consultant increased my package to a higher package without my authority. Besides the afore-mentioned there was a deduction made of R 859.00 for the upgrade. I wrote to VODACOM to complain and did not receive any feedback!! This is misrepresentation and dishonest from VODACOM! I request that I should be reimbursed.
