Assistant's incompetence embarrassed me

The male assistant incorrectly captured my salary and I was only approved for a lower value contract as opposed to the contract/s for which I am eligible, even the contract I had with my previous SP exceeded the amount for which I was approved. I had already changed my number from my previous SP to prepaid and lost my services because I had been to the store the week before and was approved for the contract desired (when the female assistant helped me). I went with all the necessary documents and had emailed my bank statements 3 times and wasted my time. I'm insulted by this incompetence and now I must be without a phone for 4 -7 days or more and I must resubmit to one of the telesales people what I took in to the store. Clearly the staff at this store need to be trained. This type of gross negligence is unacceptable, after me asking the assistant to check his details, his manager sided with him and explained that the ITC check is complete and the offer is as explained! When I contacted the Cell C call centre, the salesman explained how the shop assistant messed up.
