PROMISED TO ACTIVATE NEW PACKAGE BUT DIDNT

I upgraded in December 2013 at the Vodacom Golden Acre Branch. I asked them to cancel the R135 topup package with the 300sms bundle and change it to the Uchoose Flexi 100. At the time there was also a recurring monthly special of 1GB data for R69. The assistant said she would activate that. As of the 1st of January I got an sms saying my new account was activated. However, the sms bundle has not been taken off, the data bundle was not loaded, and without me making any calls, in 3 days my airtime has been depleted to R55, even though I had remaining airtime from the previous month. When I asked them again to activate the R69 1GB data bundle they told me it is R149. This is unacceptable as I will be billed for the sms's I do not use and did not want, and have to pay additional fees for data I should have had!
