Data not recieved

I bought "once-off" data from Vodacom on Tuesday 17 December 2013 at 09:33 and i still did not receive the data it was a 1gig promotional bundle @R149.00 i bought another data bundle and i received that bundle but i am still waiting on the 1gig promotional bundle. the consultant at the Vodacom shop phoned the call centre and they said it will be showing on Wednesday morning but it is Thursday and i still don't have that data bundle. now they promise the data will be available on Friday. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME!
