NO data bundle loaded after request!!

I went for an upgrade on my previous contract. Unfortunately Vodacom don't have user friendly contracts anymore. I explained to the person that I use a lot of data and that he should look at my previous usage. We then decided that we will load a 2Gig data bundle for me. To my surprise I received my account and with a shock I saw that this was never loaded!! I have used R1940.96 data from 17 - 30 December alone!! My total account is thus R3720.23! I can't pay this! There was a reason I requested a data bundle! I will not pay for December or January as I specifically requested a data bundle as I know I use the internet a lot! I hope you can resolve this for I will not pay this! I am an individual, I do not have a life partner and can't burry this burden, I repeat, that is why I requested a data bundle! (account numbe
