Shocking MTN Customer Service

We paid our MTN account yesterday, 8th December and today the 9th December our phones were disconnected, we tried more thank 20 times to contact the customer care line for MTN to advise them that this account has been paid and following all these calls we have still to speak to an agent, the phone just rings and rings and no reply, the customer service is disgusting and makes you want to change service providers. When we visited an MTN branch re our query they tell you to call 808 and there is no reply to that either, where is the service!!! It is disgusting and unacceptable, this is not the first time that we left listening to the recordings, one call we held on for 30 odd minutes and still had no reply! Doesn't it concern MTN that you have opposition service providers that give better service that what we have received!!!
