I am totally fed up with the service from Vodacom. I cancelled a contract last year Oct/Nov and it was never logged so they kept taking my money. I did everything that was required so it's not my problem. Called the call centre a 100 times since I noticed that they are still deducting money. This is when I realised they never cancelled the contract! @!!! Now I can't get them to pass the credits due - they only credited once which cancelled out the invoice that wasn't yet deducted in January, but not the money that was already taken in December!!! Now I'm getting transferred from one department to the other and NOTHING EVER GETS DONE!!! WHAT MUST YOU DO TO SORT THIS SIMPLE THING OUTTT!!!
