BAD SERVIE, NO ASSISTANCE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I HAD MY CELL PHONE NUMBER PORTED FROM ALTECH AUTO PAGE TO VODACOM IN DECEMBER 2012.
ALTECH STILL CHARGED ME 2 MONTHS THEREAFTER EVEN THOUGH MY CONTRACT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED WITH THEM. IF I DIDN'T QUERY THIS THEY WOULD STILL BE DEDUCTING MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH.

I CALLED IN THE CALL CENTRE NUMEROUS TIME SPOKE TO SO MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE, KEA, YVONNE, BELENA, PATIENCE AND LOTS MORE AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME WITH THIS, I WAS TRANSFERRED TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND MY QUERY WAS LOGGED MANY TIMES TO HAVE MY MONEY PAID INTO MY BANK BUT NOTHING MORE WAS DONE, ITS MONTHS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A THING FROM ANYONE AT ALTECH AUTO PAGE AND MY MONEY HAS STILL NOT BEEN CREDITED TO ME.

I AM DISGUSTED IN THE AFTER SERVICE, THE REASON WHY I WANTED TO LEAVE ALTECH WAS BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE I GOT AT THE MALLS AND WHEN I TRIED CALLING INTO THE CENTRE.

I WANT THIS TO BE SORTED ASAP
