Incompetent Call Centre Agent and a

I cancelled my cellphone contract in December last year and the phone was collected from me on the 05 December 2013. I then called vodacom to report that the phone has been collected so that they can cancel the Stop Order and i spoke to Zama and she assured me that the stop order will be cancelled, but unfortunately that was not the case as the R135.00 was deducted for December month. I then called her back in January to find out what has happened she told me some story about Vodacom's billing system and assured me again that it will be sorted by either me being refunded or the money will be credited to my other contract. Now end of January the stop order went through again and i am not happy at all.

I'm am so tired of dealing with incompetent call centre agents from vodacom. clearly they don't do their job properly. I'm a very loyal customer of vodacom and I would really appreciate it if this matter can be resolved by please paying back the R270.00 that i have been incorrectly charged for the phone i don't have.
