Deducting fees after cancelled contract

After cancelling the LTE contract because of poor service, a cancellation fee of over R 9000.00 was deducted even though it was cancelled within the cooldown period. After many calls to the call centre, the issued was supposedly resolved that my contract was cancelled and promised that no further fees will be deducted. On 30/09/2013 R 652.97 deducted. On 01/01/2014 R 289.81 deducted. I phoned numerous times and get the same response: "It will be escalated"

Please, please please, stop taking my money and leave me alone. This is exactly why I dediced not to do business with them. Taking money without deliveirng a service is called!
