I was having some issues on the network, I was informed that I should speak to someone in the coverage department and that I would aquire the assistance that I needed. I had phoned numerous times because the problem persisted, I was told that the supervisor would phone me and that he would help me with the problem. two weeks went by and I had not recieved a call from anyone, so I phoned again, I spoke to someone named Thembi, I resquested for him to get someone senior on the phone so that I could sort the problem out once and for all. He kept me on the line for 30 minutes waiting for nothing. The call was terminated on Mtn's side. I then phoned in again and spoke to Nhlanhla, he was just as rude and unhelpful. I then spoke to Rochelle, and the same can be said for her as what was said about Nhlanhla. As a paying customer/Client, I am appauled at the service or lack there of offered by Mtn to it's "valued" customers. I urge management to take action on the personel mentioned as well as the supervisor David. The are not suitable to represent Mtn and should not be permitted to interact with Customers/Clients, The issue on the Network has been sorted, no thanks to the above mentioned
