For the past year I have been complaining about the network in my area and been repeating the same thing over and over, I lose 3G, and cant connect on EDGE, I'm trying to get to the bottom of this and to maybe find out if I should leave Cell C AND IF THEY CANT PROVIDE WITH A SERVICE IF THE CONTRACTS CAN BE CANCELLED, its only fair. Secondly there call centre agents is very unhelpful, when i called in the first week in July complaining about the network, I was advised by an agent that I have to fill out a form for a network request. Mentioned that I cant as my Internet not working and asked her if she can, she said NO. Spoke to Thando who claimed to have been the Manager or Supervisor he has advised the same thing. So I ask how is this helpful to the customer? Where is the sense in it. I would like a call from this Supervisor apologising for his unwilling to assist. Due to his lack of interest in my query I have gone to the Store, Promenade and filled out a form sent it through via the store, 3 weeks ago, not received a ref number or any communication since. Had Thando dealt with this I would have had received feedback like I did today when I spoke to Nonhlahla please HELP 3072501531
