Since 12 November, I have not had data connectivity on my Samsung S3 mini. I logged a call on the website, which still has not been answered. I phoned in on the 15th of November to get some answers. I was promised the issue will be resolved in the next few hours. Monday morning, the issue still persisted. I phoned back, spoke to Gershen who offered me a simple: "We don't know what the problem is and there is no resolution time". He will phone me back, still waiting. Phoned on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager. I was put through to Thapelo who assisted and tried to resolve. He at least offered a plan of action and phoned me to check if it was resolved. It still wasn't. He "escalated" heaven knows where. I phoned back on Wednesday to speak to Thapelo who advised he is still waiting for feedback. I phoned back on Thursday and got through to Martin. Thapelo was apparently not in. Martin took over 20 minutes to do absolutely nothing. The manager on duty refused to take my call after requesting to speak to her. My issue is still not resolved and they still have not offered me an alternative. Unacceptable.
