I have been experiencing issues on the the network since Wednesday the 15th of Jan, I called and notified the coverage dept and I was told that the problem would be sorted out shortly. The problem persisted and on Friday the the 17th of January I phoned again but got told that coverage cant help and that I should contact technical support, I was given the run around by them too. I then phoned coverage and requested to speak to the supervisor, he was not at his desk at the time, Conveniently... I was told by the agent that my details would be sent to him and that he would call me.

It is Monday the 20th and still no attempt by David to contact me, I phoned at 08:14 to request to speak to David, we was not in and I was told that my details would be forwarded to him and that he would contact me after 9. I phoned again at 11, David was still not at his desk.

Does David even work there? if so, he should be let go for not doing his job and for his disgusting level of incompatence.

As per usual, MTN's management and supervising staff have serious flaws and have no clue how to provide feedback to customers. Why must things be so difficult?
