Spoke to Chanell Delo from 8ta call duration 5min from 4:43-4:48 on the 12-09-13 I got a very bad service as people were talking in the background and couldn't hear a word she was saying. My problem is not solved I've been trying to send SMS or use iChat and i cant on my iPhone5. I've recently ported to 8ta from vodacom and so far I have no joy just problem after problem, I've called numerous times and all agents are not solving this SMS problem. How can 8ta promote iPhone 5 on the TV adds and not state that you can't send SMS using the 8ta network. All in all it was a poor service. You need to train your staff and upgrade your network. I also spoke to Redal the supervisor and zunaid riedaa the customer care consultants thy two did not solve my problem. Seems as if 8ta doesn't cater for it's clients and don't do fallow ups I've been having this problem sending SMS using this network for weeks now. Not only that I'm leaving the network I'm also not gonna recommend friends and family not to use this bad network
