Hours spent on phone to rude, disrespectful staff!

Over the past week, I purchased a new modem and transferred my account over to Telkom SA. Not only did the man who sold me the unit not inform me of the profile I needed to create in order to connect to the internet, but the numerous people I spoke to on the firm tossed my call around and were rude and disrespectful, not allowing me to speak and fully explain my problems to them.
After setting up and using the internet for 2 days, it desided to completely fail and stop working. After once again having my call tossed from person to person, I was patronised and spoken to like a child and told to simply switch my modem off and on again. Really?!
I have asked to speak with a supervisor and had my call dropped and disconnected numerous times and have been patronised, once again, by telling me that it was my line that failed even though I had phoned from more than one number.
After calling back, AGAIN, I had to explain my problem for the millionth time untill I finally asked for the supervisor again. The man took down my details and has "sent an email to his PC as he was not at his desk"... the whole day.
My stepfather came over and fixed it in 20 minutes.
